When the table hesitates over meat, the question is usually this: picanha or posta. Both are excellent, but they tell different stories.

Black Angus Picanha

Juicy, with a fat cap that keeps it tender, it is the queen of the grill. We serve it sliced on the board, with rice, fries, salad and house sauces. Bold flavour, made for sharing.

Mirandesa Beef

From a native breed of the north-east Trás-os-Montes region, Mirandesa is protected-origin beef, dense and full of flavour. It is the choice for anyone who wants the Portuguese beef tradition, not the grill one.

  • To share and chat: picanha on the board.
  • To taste Portuguese tradition: mirandesa beef.
  • Seriously hungry: order both and split.
